A New Puzzle for Fareham Industrial Park

Puzzle manufacturer Professor Puzzle has signed a 10-year lease for the unit, which is owned by Standard Life Investments’ Heritage with Profits Fund. The letting leaves just one vacant unit at the Industrial Park – unit 25, which consists of 15,438 sq ft.

Overall, the Park consists of 450,000 sq ft of refurbished industrial accommodation, and is based just off the M27 corridor – providing easy access to London and the wider South East region.

Craig Thomson, Fund Manager of the Standard Life Investments Heritage with Profits Fund, commented: “Fareham Industrial Park has successfully attracted a wide range of international, national and local tenants. This letting demonstrates the continuing demand for industrial and logistics space in this location, providing access to London and the South East.”
