Bomb Disposal Company Home in on New Premises in Fareham

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Hellier Langston have completed a letting of Shogun House in Fielder Drive, Fareham to Ramora.

Ramora are market leading bomb disposal experts and growing demand for their services which include the practical removal of land and maritime ordnance, consultancy and training has meant they required larger premises.  Shogun House is a 20,089 sq. ft. (1,866 sq. m.) industrial unit with a high office content.  Ramora have committed to a 10 year lease with a 5 year break.  As part of the deal, the landlord has carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the property to accommodate training rooms and lecture theatres to broaden Ramora’s training services.
