HELLIER LANGSTON is an independent firm of Commercial Property Agents, Surveyors, and Valuers based in Fareham, specialising in all aspects of commercial property, including industrial, office and retail premises. The firm was formed in 1988 by Derek Hellier, who saw the need in the market place to provide clients with experienced, prompt and totally independent advice. Since this time, the firm has gone from strength to strength becoming widely acknowledged as experts in all areas of commercial property in Central Southern England and paricularly Hampshire and the M27 Corridor.

In 1992, John Reddy joined to strengthen HELLIER LANGSTON’s professional and management service, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in valuation, rent review and other professional work. The arrival of Charlie Chappell in 1997 allowed the firm to expand into areas of property investment and development, which has brought HELLIER LANGSTON considerable success within the Solent region.

In 2004, HELLIER LANGSTON, sought to capitalise on their strong reputation in commercial property, by adding Building Surveying to their comprehensive list of services. The recruitment of Gary Camfield allowed the firm to offer specialist advice in all areas of Building Surveying from Project Management to Schedules of Dilapidation. We are now able to provide investors, landlords and tenants with a comprehensive assessment of a building’s condition, tailored to suit their needs
