As a result of Procter & Gambles’ decision to move production to Hungary after 30 years at their Dunsbury Way, Havant, facility. Marketing of the site commenced in early 2004 and Dwyer Plc, experts in the development and regeneration of brown field sites, subsequently acquired the 20 acre site after extensive consultation with Havant Borough Council, other public bodies and local residents.
