SEEDA, the South East England Development Agency, are on the final leg of their regeneration programme for the Broadmarsh area.
This has been one of the most important projects along the M27 corridor and has involved over £20 million pounds of investment by SEEDA and the disposal of more than 30 acres of land in sites at Penner Road and Harts Farm Way.
