Acting on behalf of Lloyds TSB, Hellier Langston, have negotiated a sub-lease to Hampshire & Solent Learning Hub (HLSH), at the modern Furze Court office campus close to Fareham town centre and the M27. The self-contained two storey building was recently refurbished and totals approximately 8,890 sq ft. HSLH manage on behalf of the University for Industry approximately 50 learndirect learning centres throughout Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. HSLH have taken a five year full repairing and insuring lease at £117,000 pa. Hellier Langston have subsequently prepared the Schedule of Condition on behalf of both parties.
