Following completion of the new traffic light junction at the former Johnson & Johnson site on Southampton Road, Hellier Langston are pleased to confirm that that a preferred developer for the Phase II development has now been selected.

The Phase II site has been marketed on behalf of our clients South East England Development Agency (SEEDA), Portsmouth City Council and The Highways Agency, for a speculative office development of up to 126,000 sq ft.
