Acting on behalf of Standard Life Investments, Fareham based commercial property consultants, Hellier Langston and their joint agents Hughes Ellard, have negotiated the letting of Unit 10 Fareham Industrial Park, the popular industrial development close to the M27, to Speedyhire. Speedyhire are relocating from their current Fareham town centre premises. The unit of 5,500 sq ft has been taken on a 10 year full repairing and insuring lease at a rent of £35,750 pa.

Hellier Langston have also let an industrial unit in Claybank Road,Portsmouth to Speedyhire. The 5,246 sq ft unit in the established industrial area of Portsmouth has been taken on a 10 year full repairing and insuring lease at a rent of £25,000 pa.
