Acting on behalf of Cheshire County Council Pension Fund, Fareham based Commercial Property Consultants Hellier Langston, have completed the letting of Unit K Fort Wallington Industrial Estate in Fareham.

Unit K (1879 sq ft) which has recently been refurbished has been let to J & A Finishing Services on a five year full repairing and insuring lease at a rent equating to £7 per sq ft.
