Seward Prestige Repairs Limited have take an assignment of the lease of the above to establish an accident repair centre to cater for the quality car market.

The unit extends to over 15,000 sq. ft. and the passing rent was £83,000. As part of the transaction SPR Limited agreed with West Cheshire and Chester Pension Fund, the Landlord, a ten year extension to the lease which rums to 2022. This transaction shows the continued popularity of Fort Wallington Industrial Estate as a prime location.
