Hellier Langston have completed a letting to successful plumbing and heating company Bathroom & Heating Stiles, at Fort Fareham Industrial Estate, Newgate Lane, Fareham.Bathroom & Heating Stiles have acquired units 18A & 18B at Fort Fareham, which have a combined floor area of 6,027 sq ft (560 sq m) on a new ten year lease, with a 5 year break and rent review.The new premises will allow the firm to continue their growth, as well as adding showroom facilities.
