Acting on behalf of Cheshire West & Chester Council, Fareham based Commercial Property Consultants Hellier Langston, have completed the letting of Unit E5 at the popular Fort Wallington Industrial Estate in Fareham.
Unit E5 (3,450 sq. ft.) has been let to trade window, door and conservatory manufacturer Sun, who this year celebrate their 30th year of trading.
The acquisition of the premises will allow Sun to continue their growth throughout the country and sales director Graham Davies said
“With competitors reporting a fall in sales this year we are pleased to announce that we have continued to buck the trend. This new depot is a big step towards our main goal of becoming the number one super fabricator with a further two depots expected this year alone”.
