Hellier Langston have completed a letting to successful marine electronics company Tacktick, at the popular Kingscroft Court development in Havant.Tacktick have acquired unit 5 at Kingscroft, which has a gross internal floor area of 2,132 sq ft (198 sq m) on a new 6 year lease, with a 3 year break clause at a commencing rent of £17,000 per annum. The new premises will allow the firm to continue their growth and in conjunction with the landlord, Tacktick have begun a substantial refurbishment of the premises in order to meet their requirements. Commenting on the move, Tacktick’s Managing Director, Clive Johnson said, “Following a number of years of significant growth, our current Emsworth premises are not able to cope with the increased staff and stock levels of our business so we are moving to a purpose built business unit in Havant which we have totally refurbished and which will suit the size and future needs of our business.”Andy Hellier, of Hellier Langston who acted for the private landlord of the unit commented: ‘Kingscroft Court proved to be a perfect location for Tacktick with their desire to remain as close to their current Emsworth base as possible. Kingscroft has always proved to be a popular destination with its excellent transport links and quality of accommodation.’
