INTERSERVE FOCUS ON CENTRAL POINT
Hellier Langston have completed a letting to Interserve, the international services, maintenance and building group at the popular Portsmouth business park, Central Point.
Interserve have acquired unit 3.3 at Central Point, which has a gross internal floor area of 2,664 sq ft (247.6 sq m) on a new 7 year lease, with a 5 year break clause at a commencing rent of £17,000 per annum. Interserve were recently awarded a contract to manage NHS facilities throughout the Portsmouth area and the new premises will be the firm’s base during the contract period.
Andy Hellier of Hellier Langston who acted for the private landlord of the unit commented: ‘The unit at Central Point was perfectly suited for Interserve’s requirements. My client previously occupied the unit and fitted out the premises to a very high specification .’
