Acting on behalf of R T Warren Investments, Hellier Langston have completed a letting to The YOU Trust, the community care, support and legal advice services provider at Admiral House, 43 High Street, Fareham.
YOU has acquired the South Wing at Admiral House, which has a net internal floor area of 4,486 sq ft (416.92 sq m) on a new 10 year lease, with a 5 year rent review at a commencing rent of £48,000 per annum. The North Wing is occupied by Mencap.
Admiral House will act as YOU’s new head office, although still retaining its other offices in Portsmouth as well as those in Hampshire and Dorset. YOU’s Director of Corporate & Property Services, Jonathan Crutchfield said “Moving to Admiral House will mean larger, flexible and affordable accommodation in a setting which offers excellent accessibility. The landscaped grounds will provide a rewarding backdrop for a motivated and hard working team as well as for our service users who are the reason for our success as a service provider”.
