Project Management & Co-ordination:
We have extensive experience of acting as Project Managers and/or Co-ordinators for many of our clients, dealing with small individual projects up to schemes of £5m involving new build, refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance works.

Our expertise and flexible approach allows us to tailor the service we offer to suit our clients’ individual requirements which can range from a full Design and Contract Administration of projects in-house, through to appointment and co-ordination of External Design Consultants.

We provide a single point of responsibility for clients to define their requirements in terms of project specification, time and budgetary constraints. We will manage and co-ordinate all parties on behalf of the client and deliver a quality facility on time and within budget.
Employers Agent:
We have experience in acting as Employers Agents for many of our clients dealing with Design and Build schemes. Our expertise and flexible approach allows us to tailor the service we offer to each project.
Schedules of Dilapidations & Condition:
Our experience includes commercial retail and industrial properties. Our advice to landlords and tenants is based on a combination of experience and a sound knowledge of legal issues. Our role can include:
  • Advice on potential dilapidations liability
  • Preparation of Interim and Terminal Schedules
  • Assessing claims
  • Reasoned negotiations
  • Preparation of Schedules of Condition for attachment to the lease.

Building Surveys:
We can provide potential investors, leaseholders, owners and tenants with a comprehensive assessment of a building’s condition, tailored to suit their needs. Our reports can include advice on matters such as lease provisions, service charges, cost relating to repair, refurbishment, maintenance and statutory compliance.
Development Monitoring:
We will make regular site visits to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with contract documents and submit regular reports covering progress, variations and budgetary matters. We assist tenants and Investment funds by ensuring that adequate Contract Documents are in place including Warranties and Bonds.
