Anthony joined Hellier Langston in Autumn 2011 from CBRE's Southampton office. Having started his career in the Portsmouth commercial property market, Anthony's expertise extends across the South Coast.
Anthony specialises in all aspects of professional services. This includes advising both landlords and tenants on rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as undertaking valuations on behalf of many high street banks and other financial institutions, for a variety of valuation purposes.
In 2012 Hellier Langston were appointed as commercial property consultants to Fareham and Gosport Borough Councils and Anthony advises both councils on a number of commercial property issues to supplement their in-house surveyors.
