Hellier Langston secures international windscreen company to fully let estate

Following the speculative refurbishment of Unit 4 Flanders Industrial Park, Hedge End, Hellier Langston acting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors has secured international windscreen company Belron Limited trading as Laddaw/Autoglass, which will be using the space to expand its South Coast presence.
The unit comprises 11,515 sq ft distribution and office space and the tenant joins existing occupiers, such as, Veho, RS Components and Bainbridge International. Hedge End is a well-established retail, industrial and trade counter location. Nearby occupiers include Sainsbury’s, Marks and Spencer, B & Q, Magnet and Import Services. On the adjoining Royal London Park a new Peter Cooper Volkswagen showroom has recently opened.
