Ground floor letting of Birch House offices Denmead
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Hellier Langston has completed two lettings at Birch House, Parklands Business Park, Denmead.
The ground floor of 4,455 sq. ft. (413.76 sq. m.) has been split to provide accommodation for two tenants with marine technology company H Scientific and charity Catch 22 relocating to Birch House.
Catch 22 have taken 2,500 sq. ft. approximately with the remainder of the ground floor being acquired by H Scientific. Both tenants have agreed 5 year leases.
Managing Director of H Scientific Henry Robinson said ‘We needed more space for our growing operation, and we also needed access for large equipment to be delivered. At Birch House, we found both of these; with the landlord being flexible to divide the space to meet our needs. We are delighted to find ourselves in this new quiet location.’

This completes a successful year for the landlords of Birch House, having bought the property two years ago, the first floor the tenants Stride Insurance also committed to a new long term lease.
