Versatile Industrial Unit Refurbed And Ready To Go!

Refurbishment of a warehouse unit in a thriving Portsmouth industrial estate is now complete and Hellier Langston are pleased to be offering the unit for lease, with immediate occupation available.

Unit 2 was leased by Woodside Farms Limited on the practical completion of the refurbishment works. Unit 1 is now fully available and offers 18,789 sq ft in total, made up of 16,391 sq ft of warehouse space and 2,398 sq ft of office space on the first floor.

The unit holds a B1(c), B2 and B8 consent to be used for storage or distribution, light assembly, manufacturing or high-tech engineering. It could also be used for storing products that have been manufactured outside of the UK or companies that are predominantly internet retailers as it offers good storage capacity within the warehouse.

The Nelson Centre is within the Airport Industrial Estate, one of the most popular industrial areas in Portsmouth. It has great access to the local main road network including the Eastern Road for getting in and out of the city. The A27 and M27 are within a few minutes’ drive for getting further afield.

Portsmouth City Centre and the Continental Ferry Port are only three miles away and Hilsea train station is within walking distance. The unit boasts ample parking for staff and customers and internally the space is flexible and offers good eaves height.
