Boyatt Wood Industrial Estate comprises 9 warehouse and industrial units built in the 1970s. Unit 5 & 6 were fully refurbished to a high standard including a new roof, office accommodation and secure palisade fenced yards.

The units each comprise large ground floor warehouses, office space split over the ground and first floors, a kitchen, WCs and gas central heating. Hellier Langston was acting as joint agents with Lambert Smith Hampton on this property.

Pensworth started with 6 employees and 4 distribution routes operating in the Wiltshire area.  They now employ 300 staff in depots across the country and distribute their products on 135 routes throughout the South of England, London, the Midlands and Wales.  

The growth they have experienced has enabled them to expand their product range and they now supply 6 days a week, to over 6,000 clients with an extensive and varied range of food products.
