Boyatt Wood Industrial Estate comprises 9 warehouse and industrial units built in the 1970s. Unit 5 & 6 were fully refurbished to a high standard including a new roof, office accommodation and secure palisade fenced yards.
The units each comprise large ground floor warehouses, office space split over the ground and first floors, a kitchen, WCs and gas central heating. Hellier Langston was acting as joint agents with Lambert Smith Hampton on this property.
