Hellier Langston secures new letting at Harbourgate in Portsmouth

Hellier Langston has let a 33,109 sq ft warehouse/industrial unit at Harbourgate to RRS Group, successfully navigating obstacles presented by the ongoing pandemic.


Unit 3, which was comprehensively refurbished at the beginning of the year, offered an attractive opportunity to industrial occupiers, given the shortage of quality accommodation available in the Portsmouth area.

The detached unit on Southampton Road, Portsmouth, offers great transport links to both Portsmouth and Southampton ports and city centres as well as excellent rail links. Neighbouring occupiers include Aldi, Highbury College, Pall Europe, Tesco Extra and Safestore, along with Portsmouth Retail Park.
