New Lease Agreed in Prime Portsmouth Location

Hellier Langston are pleased to announce that GRP Solutions are the new tenants at 2500 Blueprint, Portsmouth.

GRP Solutions are a highly experienced team of composite experts, dedicated to setting the standard in composite distribution. They are currently based in Havant and were first established as a company in 2015.

2500 Blueprint is a detached industrial/warehouse unit positioned on a large plot of 1.3 acres. The unit is located on Portfield Road within the Airport Industrial Estate, the primary industrial location within Portsmouth. 

GRP solutions have signed a 10 year lease agreement at the 26,348 sq ft property, with the deal being completed in June 2021. Hellier Langston and Realest were given instruction by Forelle Estates in June 2020 to begin marketing the property, the unit underwent a full refurbishment in the Autumn, including additional office and welfare facilities  and improvements to the access and loading to the yard. GRP are set to relocate from their Havant property at the end of the summer. 

The COVID 19 pandemic inevitably presented some challenges, but Hellier Langston worked hard to keep the momentum going throughout the process.
