Highest Rent Agreed on Stanstead Road Trade Park

Hellier Langston are elated to announce the letting of Unit 3 on Stanstead Road Trade Park, Eastleigh.

The new tenants London Stone are a market leader in the supply of natural stone paving and have showrooms across London Surrey, Essex and Kent. They will be occupying the 4,928  sq ft. warehouse as their seventh showroom. The showroom will boast all of their products and materials and will be available for both trade and retail customers.

The unit is located on the Stanstead Road Trade Park on Goodwood Road, providing great access to the M3 and M27. Unit 3 comprises a mid-terrace steel portal frame under an insulated metal sheet roof with 10% natural roof lights. The office accommodation is at ground floor fitted out with carpet flooring, LED PIR lighting, gas central heating, perimeter trunking, high spec WC’s and a modern kitchen with dishwasher and fridge.

The letting of Unit 3 Stanstead was agreed back in July 2021, whilst the unit was being refurbished and completed in October 2021 once the refurbishment work had finished. The rent achieved for the unit was the highest on the estate so far at £14 sq ft. 

Hellier Langston worked with Lambert Smith Hampton on the letting of the unit which was initially marketed back in April 2021 prior to refurbishment.
