Hellier Langston’s Lease Advisory team comprises Guy Jones, a former Professional Services Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, and Anthony Crocker, a longstanding Director at Hellier Langston, previously of CBRE.
The team specialises in all aspects of lease advisory, including rent reviews, lease renewals, the operation of break clauses, section 18(1) valuations, and the negotiation of lease surrenders and restructures.
