Hellier Langston appoints a new Guy

South Coast property consultancy, Hellier Langston, has strengthened its professional services team in the Southampton office with the appointment of Guy Jones as Director of professional services.
Guy is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS registered Valuer, specialising in lease advisory matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals, third party dispute resolution and corporate real estate consultancy. He joins Hellier Langston from BNP Paribas Real Estate’s professional services department in Southampton where he was a Director. Prior to BNP Paribas, he worked at CB Richard Ellis.
Guy has recently been appointed to act on the landlord’s behalf in the South Coast’s largest industrial rent review of 2015.
