Hellier Langston were recently appointed by the franchisee of the Subway outlet on Market Quay in Fareham to help negotiate a renewal of their lease.

We were asked to provide advice into the changing retail market and budgeting advice for the upcoming renewal and how it could potentially affect their business plans as there was a desire to refurbish the store.

After providing our report we were instructed to negotiate the terms, tasked with securing the best possible deal.
