Pet Food Supplier has Appetite for Expansion in Havant

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Hellier Langston have completed a letting to leading ethical pet food supplier Vegeco at Downley Business Park in Havant.
Vegeco have acquired unit D 5,307 sq ft (493 sq m) on a new 5 year lease with the rent rising to £35,000 per annum. They have expanded rapidly and outgrown their previous premises at Downley Point.
Vegeco managing director Darrell De Vries commented ‘The unit offered the best ratio of office to warehouse that our online and export businesses required. It can store well over 100 pallets with enough floor space for building multiple customer orders without exposing these fragile goods to the elements and with something like five times the office space we had before, we are able to comfortably recruit more staff and present ourselves to visitors in a much more professional light’.
