High Profile Letting Completed at Fareham Industrial Park

Parcel distribution firm City Link have taken units 14-16 on new ten year lease at a rent equating to £5.65 per sq ft.

City Link saw Fareham Industrial Park as an ideal location to replace their Southampton depot.
