Southsea Offices Sold For Student Accommodation

Acting on behalf of a private individual, Hellier Langston have completed the sale of Kingsway House, Elm Grove, Southsea to Campbell Property for an undisclosed sum.
The five storey office building was previously occupied by the NHS who vacated in mid 2012. Campbell Property have a track record of converting similar properties in the region and saw the offices as ideal property for student accommodation, given its layout and location.
