Shogun House is a 20,089 sq. ft. (1,866 sq. m.) industrial unit with a high office content. Ramora have committed to a 10 year lease with a 5 year break. As part of the deal, the landlord has carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the property to accommodate training rooms and lecture theatres to broaden Ramora’s training services.
