Acting on behalf of Valad / Osprey Partnership, Hellier Langston have successfully negotiated the investment sale of 242 - 248 Gosport Road, Fareham to a private investor.
The multi let industrial estate totals 29,818 sq. ft. (2,769.6 sq. m.) was sold for £2.4 million (7.4% NIY). Hellier Langston director Andy Hellier responsible for the sale commented “with strong demand for multi let industrial investments we were very encouraged by the level of interest in the estate and a number of strong offers were made. Given the quality of the units and the roadside location it is an attractive location to a wide range of trade counter / industrial occupiers.”
The new landlords plan a full refurbishment of the one vacant unit (248) of 7,750 sq. ft. to take full advantage of the continued strong demand for good quality industrial accommodation on the South Coast.
