Hellier Langston plumbs in tenant at Unit 42 South Hampshire Industrial Estate

Following the relocation of Prism Medical to Winchester, Hellier Langston acting on behalf of a private landlord have secured Quayside Industries Limited trading as Dyno Plumbing as a new tenant.
Dyno Plumbing have taken the additional space to expand their South Coast operation. The light industrial/ warehouse unit comnprises 317sq m (3,415 sq ft) with an extensive mezzanine. The tenant has taken a new 10 year lease with 5 year break at a rent £32,000 per annum.
