Cavendish Ships Stores Move Seals 100% Occupancy at Kites Croft

The company, established in Hampshire since 1978, supplies food, drink and other stores to cruise and ferry lines.

It is to upgrade from its current distribution facility at Fareham Industrial Park to take a 35,059 sq ft unit at Kites Croft, Warsash Road. The move means that the Kites Croft estate, owned by Aviva Investors, is now at 100% occupancy. Hellier Langston and Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) were joint agents for the scheme.
