Andy Hellier

Andy joined Hellier Langston in 2005 and became a director in 2012. He specialises in investment and business space along the M27 Corridor, advising clients on all matters relating to the acquisition, sale or letting of their business premises.

He advises an extensive client base including pension funds, property companies and private investors on property portfolios within the office and industrial sectors.

He has worked on a number of successful consultancy projects, and has strong connections in both the public and private sector. Recent projects include:

• 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse disposal at Fareham Industrial Park for Standard Life
• Retail warehouse investment acquisition for Fareham Borough Council let to Currys / PC World and Halfords
• Investment disposal for Valad of a multi let industrial estate in Gosport Road Fareham
• On behalf of a private landlord a letting of 5,000 sq. ft. offices at Parklands Business Park, Denmead.
