Patrick Mattison

Patrick joined Hellier Langston as Director in January 2022. He specialises in occupational and investment commercial agency (acquisition & disposal) along with advising Landlords & Tenants with rent reviews and lease renewals.

In dealing with both agency and professional services, Patrick can advise and execute asset management strategies, to build portfolios and secure further income, which is either retained or sold to realise capital value growth.

Clients have included a large number of local and regional commercial developers, property companies, private clients, pension companies as well as local authorities such as Southampton City Council, Eastleigh Borough Council, New Forest District Council and Totton & Eling Town Council. He has also acted for some major occupiers such as BAM Nuttall, Morgan Sindall, Mott MacDonald, Southern Co-Operative and other organisations.

Patrick has a First-Class degree in Property Management & Investment and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 2012.
