Kerry Sutherland

Kerry joined Hellier Langston in November 2014 from Jones Lang LaSalle’s Southampton office where she was an Associate Director.

Kerry has over 15 years’ experience in all aspects of building surveying from design and contract administration through to dilapidations, building surveys and party wall advice.  Kerry leads the Building Consultancy Department advising investors and occupiers across the South Coast region.  Her past and present clients range from large funds such as Legal and General, Axa and IPIF, occupiers such as Merlin Entertainments and HGST as well as smaller local investors, developers and occupiers.
