Office Agency, Residential and Commercial Development and Investment

Jason has over 20 years’ experience in the South Coast development and commercial property market, having worked for (in ascending date order) The Valuation Office Agency, Palmer Fry (now Goadsby), Vail Williams, and latterly King Sturge/ JLL. Jason joined Hellier Langston as director in the Southampton office in June 2014.

Jason is responsible for advising on office and development projects across Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex and Wiltshire centred on Southampton and the M27.  He advises landlords and tenants on the disposal of existing and proposed premises, as well as dealing with office acquisitions throughout the region.  He has been involved in some highly complex and landmark deals for a wide range of clients.

Jason is also responsible for development consultancy in the commercial and residential sectors, with notable developments including: the former East Street Shopping Centre in Southampton – acquired for Kier for the development of a 423 bed student housing scheme; Stoke Park, Eastleigh - spec build 84,000 sq. ft. warehouse; Walworth Business Park, Andover - 200 acre business park; former Ordnance Survey site, Southampton - acquisition of 5 acre residential development site for Barratt David Wilson. Jason's past and present clients include: Royal Mail, Ordnance Survey, LaSalle Investment Management, M&G Real Estate, CBRE Global Investors, Standard Life, Praxis, Winchester City Council, Deutsche Bank, UBS and Kier Property.

Jason is based in Hellier Langston’s Southampton office in Ocean Village along with fellow Director, Matthew Poplett.
