Triple Success in the New Forest

This is evidenced by the recent success that Hellier Langston have had in the area, with three separate industrial/warehouse units being let on behalf of clients in the space of just one week.

Glenmore Business Park on the Hardley Industrial Estate near Holbury welcomed multiple new tenants.

Pinnacle FM Ltd. found a new home at Unit 17 whilst Unit 9 has been occupied by Arbormac Arboriculture. The estate’s location within the area’s well-connected road network make it an ideal base from which to service projects in and around the New Forest, which both companies have historically done and will now be able to expand thanks to their strategic new base of operations.

The third successful letting was a two-storey business unit on Hounsdown Business Park in Totton - near to the Amazon fulfilment centre. Tenants Ice Cool Servicing will use the unit at Copse Business Centre as a head office, complete with storage and servicing departments.

These lettings being completed in such quick succession is a clear indicator of the high demand for small units in the New Forest Area - a trend which is showing no sign of letting up with Hellier Langston poised to complete a further three lettings on the Hardley Industrial Estate and Glenmore Business Park within the next month.
