Hellier Langston acting on behalf of Travis Perkins Limited have let Unit 190, Ricardo Way, Ampress Park, Lymington to Halfords Autocentre. Ridgemoor acted on behalf of Halfords Autocentre.

The site comprises 3 Trade Counter units built in 2015 adjacent to a Travis Perkins Builders Merchant at the entrance to Ampress Park the main trade counter, warehouse and industrial area in Lymington.
