Hellier Langston Secures Final Tenant For Enterprise House

This final suite has been let to University College Union, a British trade union in further and higher education, who are relocating their regional office from Portsmouth. The other three suites in the building have been leased by Ocea Group, Aptum and Stellamar. Ocea Group is a real estate developer that specialises in converting commercial properties into residential apartments. Aptum is a web hosting company that provides data solutions to solve complex business challenges. Stellamar is a renowned employment solutions provider to the global technical, hospitality and UHNW sectors.

Despite the challenges that lockdown has presented in recent weeks, all parties involved have worked hard to secure this final lease agreement to ensure that the building is fully let on behalf of the landlord. Hellier Langston and Lambert Smith Hampton acted jointly for the landlords, Forelle Estates, a regional commercial property investment company based in Poole, Dorset.

The accommodation that UCU has signed up for is the east wing of the fourth floor of this five storey office building, which offers 2,325 sq ft of space and has been extensively refurbished in recent years. The suite benefits from a perimeter air conditioning system, linear lighting and versatile column-free open plan space.

The building has two eight-person passenger lifts and male and female toilets on each floor. There is a disabled toilet and shower room on the ground floor, with an additional shower room on the fourth floor. The building comes with excellent parking, with 11 spaces offered with the suite.
