New Crossfit Gym for Winchester City Centre

Wykeham Trade Park is situated off Easton Lane opposite Winchester Trade Park and is approximately 1 mile from Winchester city centre. The unit is in close proximity to the M3 and A34, providing excellent access to the North of England, as well as Southampton and Portsmouth.

Crossfit Wessex will use the unit to house their premium gym equipment and also offer a variety of fitness classes throughout the week. James Bassett Smith of CrossFit Wessex said “We will be located in the heart of Winchester! We will be bringing a brand new CrossFit gym to Winchester City and it’s residents. Our 4,500sq ft premium fitness facility caters for all and we will host fitness classes 7 days per week. We will primarily offer CrossFit Classes but also classes such as Yoga, HIIT, Weightlifting and others, opening In January 2022.”

Unit E Wykeham went under offer in July 2021 and completed in October 2021. The unit has been fully refurbished and the rent achieved was the highest to date on the estate so far. The tenant was able to occupy under the existing planning consent due to the change in planning rules - light industrial class B1(c) units now come under Class E which allows for gym use.
